Our Production Setup
Shafi (Pvt.) Limited is committed to providing a comprehensive approach including innovative strategies and high-quality production techniques.
Shafi (Pvt.) Ltd. is equipped with state-of-the-art shoe-making machines and highly skilled personnel. A meticulously thought-out system of quality control is applied through the whole production process. Production and processes are constantly being improved in terms of quality, efficiency and reliability.
- We have a capacity to produce 1.8 Million Pairs Annually. We aim to increase the present installed capacity of 1.8 Million pairs per annum to 4.5 million pairs per annum by 2025.
- We are also well-versed and specialized in hand stitched shoes like Boat Shoes, moccasins, and casual shoes.
- We have our own TPR & EVA sole making machines(including double colors TPR sole making machines).
- Regular inspection of intermediate products is carried out to maintain and ensure the quality of our products.
- Batch wise quality inspection of finished products is also undertaken.
- Third party inspections can also be outsourced by our valued customers.
